Exchange & Refund Policy
Major Home Appliances:
Return Products within 48 hours: For reasons other than the function of appliances, all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and the above delivery and service fees are not refundable. Customers to send the appliances back to the store themselves. After the goods are received, the payment will be refunded according to the customer's payment method (if customer needs merchant to pick up the returned goods at home, additional shipping fees will be charged)
Warranty Services: The first 31 days of warranty is covered by the store. This service will only be used for defective issues; responsibility of payment will be determined after issue is investigated. After 31 days, the warranty is covered by CPS warranty. Please contact the merchant to arrange CPS warranty services. CPS warranty will charge a $99 deductible, which includes parts, service, and labor.
General Merchandise:
Return Products within 7 days: We offer an exchange or refund with original receipt. Items exchanged must be of equal or lesser value.
